About Sponsorship
The Australian Society for Concrete Pavements (ASCP) was formed in late 2007 to serve practitioners and others interested in the long term development, design, construction, and quality of concrete pavements in Australia. Our mission and objectives are shown on the ‘About Us’ page of this web site.
Membership is offered to practitioners and students, and the membership fee provides ongoing technical information, access to ‘member only’ areas of our web site including technical papers, and discounts at seminars and workshops run by the Society.
Societies such as ours rely heavily on sponsorship to make them viable. Sponsors have the opportunity to network with ASCP members and present their products at seminars and in the newsletter on a regular basis. Sponsors will be promoted on the ASCP website, and in newsletters and events. Sponsors are also welcomed to contribute to the direction and activities of ASCP.
The sponsorship fee includes a number of individual membership as shown in the table opposite – sponsors are also able to purchase additional individual memberships for their staff at 50% of the normal fee.

Sponsorship Benefits and Fees
Sponsorship is offered at three levels – Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Sponsors enjoy the opportunity to interact with concrete pavement practitioners in Australia and are promoted by the ASCP on this web site, in our newsletter to members, at events and in our publications.
Sponsors also receive a specified number of individual memberships of ASCP for their staff and staff discounts on registration fees for events.

* Marketing and networking assistance is offered in the form of contacts with members and other organisations who have agreed to allow such contacts.
** Editorial in the ASCP newsletter provides for up to 250 words and one photograph describing the sponsor’s products and services, or new developments, plus a web link to their site providing more details on the topic. Exercise of this benefit is at the sponsor’s initiation.
Upon receipt of a sponsorship application, a Tax Invoice will be issued for the relevant subscription fee. Fees are charged annually, payable on 1 January each year. For applications received after June in any year, the first year’s fee will be reduced to reflect the remaining months left in the year. Applications received after October in any year will be exempted the first year’s fee.
The National Executive of the ASCP must approve all applications for sponsorship and membership.
