TitleLife Cycle Cost Analysis
DescriptionThis forum will present the current status of LCC analysis and aim to identify how and where improvements can be made to improve accuracy and currency of input items and data, and to achieve uniformity across the states in the LCC model for concrete road pavements.

There will also be some presentation and discussion of current proposed amendments to AS3972 - Portland & Blended Cements.  There is presently a significant level of public debate over the proposal to increase mineral additions to a maximum of 10% and to permit additions of CKD (cement kiln dust).  These proposals have important implications for the quality of concrete for road pavements and implications for improved sustainability of cement and concrete.
